TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Wing Flow Online! By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Membership and Billing

  •  Subscription: Membership varies the choosen teaching program, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  •  Billing Cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically. You will be notified of price changes at least 30 days in advance.
  •  Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of technical or billing errors.

3. Cancellation and Rejoining

  •  Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to the content will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle.
  •  Rejoining: If you cancel your subscription and later decide to rejoin within 6 months, you will be required to restart from the beginning of the training program. Previous progress will not be retained, and you will need to complete the initial learning phase to ensure alignment with the current curriculum.
  •  Extended Absence: If your subscription is inactive for more than 1 year, upon reactivation, you will be required to restart from the beginning of the learning phase to ensure a seamless and effective training experience.

  •  We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
